DURING TIME OF RESERVATION
We will help plan your spa reservation and look over any online booking request.
Please inform us of any of the following:
*If you are allergic to any scents
*If you prefer a certain therapist
*If you are celebrating any special occasion.
*PLEASE NOTE WE ARE FOLLOWING CDC GUIDELINES REGARDING COVID.
Please note: A credit card is required on all treatment appointments at time of booking.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 10 mins before scheduled treatment. If you are running late, it will effect the treatment time. We will not be able to extend treatment past time, for it will effect the next guests treatment. If you are late past 10 mins of treatment, and have not contacted us, it will be considered a no-show. All no-shows will be charged the cancellation fee stated in cancellation policy.
USE OF CELL PHONES & ELECTRONICS
To protect the privacy of our guest and to uphold a pleasant Maven Bloom Spa experience to all of our guest; cell phones & other electronics uses are prohibited during facial, massage, waxing treatments. Please silence your devices at all times during your visit with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Maven Bloom does honor a cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to scheduled time; If not, you will be charged 50% of service charge. For all parties with 3 or more guest, we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice. We respect and honor your time and thank you in advance.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Maven Bloom has the right to refuse an appointment or client, if we deem it is not in the best interest of the client, staff, or our Maven Bloom to perform any given treatment.
